Bangkok Airports

Bangkok has a new airport called Suvarnabhumi (pronounced Suvannapume). The new Suvarnabhumi Bangkok airport opened on 28th September 2006. The new airport replaces the old Don Muang airport where all airlines flying to Bangkok had to land. Right now, very few planes land at the old Don Muang airport. All major airlines fly to the new Bangkok airport. In face, if any intercontinental airlines still fly to the old Don Muang airport, you should not take that flight.

Below are pictures of the new Bangkok airport, Suvarnabhumi. The new Bangkok airport looks high tech as well as grand. Inside the new Bangkok airport, there are many exhibits worth noticing.
