Koh Samui

Koh Samui (also called Ko Samui or Kho Samui) is a beautiful island in the province called Surat Thani. Koh Samui (Ko Samui or Kho Samui) is the third largest Thai island, located 700 km south of Bangkok. Koh Samui (Ko Samui or Kho Samui) is not large. Its area is only about 250 km2. However, with the real estate boom in Koh Samui, Thailand, things on Koh Samui are getting more and more expensive. Each year, many tourists stop by Koh Samui to enjoy nature, beaches, and fishing. Since the prices of properties on Koh Samui skyrocketed, most Koh Samui locals sold their properties and left Koh Samui. Most Thais on Koh Samui now are not local to Koh Samui but are from other provinces and are on Koh Samui for work. There are many foreigners settling on Koh Samui and invest. Tourists are more common in all developed areas of Koh Samui than Thai people.
