Review of Delta Airlines to Thailand

One way to fly to Thailand cheap is to fly with Delta Airlines and their partner, Korean Air. Below is a review of Delta Airlines and Korean Air flights to Thailand. But, remember that Delta Airlines does not fly directly to Thailand so when you are at the airport in Thailand, do not look for the sign that says Delta Airlines. The flight screens will probably have information on Delta Airlines flights but not the physical signs. Also, if you ask airport staff in Thailand airports where to find information or catch a Delta Airline flight, they are not very likely to know what you are talking about.

If you are flying to Thailand from a Major US hub, you can just start your journey to Thailand with Korean Air which will take you to Korean first, then Thailand. However, if you cannot catch a Korean Air flight directly, you will need to take Delta Airlines' small plane first.

Delta Airlines flights and ear problems

Many people have complained that when flying Delta Airlines, their ears hurt unlike any other airlines they have ever flown. For some reasons, Delta Airlines flights (not just one) depressurize the air differently and if you are one of these travellers that have sensitive ears, your ears will start hurting way before the seatbelt sign is turned on. Unlike other airlines that most people have ear problem during landing sequences, with Delta Airlines, you will have worse ear problems while in the air, above the clouds and long before the captain makes landing announcements.

More people also have reported that their ears hurt a lot more when flying Delta Airlines than other airlines and for much longer time. Most of the time, people will have ear blocked after flights and cannot hear well for a few hours but they can still hear. With Delta Airline flights, the problem is more severe, passengers have said that their ears are blocked for days in some cases. Normal ways to clear ear blocks also don't work such as yawning or blowing your nose. If you have ear problems when planes land, you may want to rethink about flying Delta Airlines.
