Review of Delta Airlines to Thailand Part Two
The services and food on Delta Airlines
Since all Delta Airline flights that you will take when making a trip to Thailand is very short (it’s the Korean Air legs that are long), the services are regular and the food is standard airline food. Some people will say that Delta Airlines food are terrible but when compared to what other similar airlines have to offer, Delta Airlines food is not bad.
Airport security for Delta Airlines
While Delta Airlines makes it quite easy for passengers to check in, if you have items such as wine bottles or bottles of any kind in your luggage, Delta Airlines will very likely open the package. Most people have packed the items very well and are worried what would happen when they open the package. Delta Airlines officer will assure you that they will put the package back as needed.
However, most people find that the package is hardly put back together. They slabs a note saying that the package has been checked on top and seal the box with clear cello tape. If you have other packing in addition to the original box that the bottles comes in (some people have bags surrounding the box in case the bottles crack) they will not seal any of that. They will not go through trouble to put the package back the way it was when they open it.
So, make sure that the package is secured enough without adding extra padding because they will cut through the padding and will not put it back together and you will not find out until your destination which could be too late.
Advantages of flying Delta Airlines to Thailand
The best thing about flying Delta Airlines to Thailand via Korean Air is that you can buy your ticket directly from Delta Airlines and when checking in with Delta Airlines, they can actually issue you boarding passes all the way to Bangkok or other Thailand destinations. However, whenever you arrive at a new airport for your trip, check with the desk at the gate to make sure that your boarding passes are ok because sometimes Korean Air need to issue new boarding passes if you have Delta Airlines boarding passes. The opposite is not true. Delta Airlines will accept Korean Air boarding passes but it never hurts to ask.
Seats on Delta Airlines flights
Domestic Delta Airlines flights compared to other similar airlines such as American Airlines have roomy seats with more leg room than many other economy class of competitor airlines.
